PO CREATOR™ features over 700 sample legal clauses on CD-ROM to be used for drafting Supply Agreements, Purchase Orders and other procurement documents. This tool was created by lawyers who are experts in procurement to allow supply chain management professionals to customize their purchasing contracts. They can choose from a flexible menu of sample clauses, ranging from invoicing to termination to confidentiality. This newly released CD-ROM is the second in a series of legal CDs, the first being RFP Creator™ now used by top organizations across the country.
